Not sure why this place gets all the negative comments. On Friday, April 27th, my nephew and I were riding east from Jeff City on a chilly and very windy day. The folks at the market were nice. We only saw one other person on the trail that day so it's not like they are making a ton of money off the trail. We were too early for any lunch items but they had a good selection of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. A couple of the locals even rearranged themselves so we had a place to sit. I will definitely stop there again if I'm ever back on the trail.
