I was in Pilot Grove in July 2011, I thought the bathroom had running water, but the site says otherwise. Can someone confirm?

We were just there last week - there was a water fountain. Didn't use the restroom, but in our experience, the trailheads with a fountain do have running water in the bathrooms.
