If you are headed west bound there is a gravel road just before you get to the bridge that is being worked on that you turn north onto and go a few hundred yards and turn left, go to the pavement and turn left again, a few hundred yards more and there is hwy 94. This cannot be used as a detour for trucks or large RVs etc because of small bridges. If you are headed east, start the detour but turn right on the gravel road right at the old stone jail house.
