Hi, my neighbor is a ranger at the Katy Trail state park and he said that they're hiring and aiming more toward youth to get them more involved and said it was something called SPICY I'm not sure what the acronym is but I can't find any information or job applications on here, does anyone know anything about this or how I can get in touch.

Maybe talk to your neighbor and see who he works for and then contact them. I doubt that he works for bikekatytrail dot com.

Megan, since your neighbor is a Katy Trail park ranger that told you about it in the first place, it only seems logical for you to ask him directly. Am I missing something here?

Megan is missing something but she don't know what it is.

Megan, if your neighbor does not know any more about this, try calling 1-800-334-6946. I got that number off a page about seasonal employment at state parks. Maybe the person at that number can get you in touch with the right person to discuss the program your neighbor mentioned. DNR (department of natural resources) oversees state parks. I think the web site for state parks is www.mostateparks.com. If you find out more about this program, please post it on this site. It sounds like a great idea.
