Joey and Rich have a great place. I mentioned to Joey that it had everything that I needed in the fridge to make my OWN breakfast. Something very unique to find on the trail, and I LOVED it! The room was really nice. Comfortable queen bed, (even though I had a very nice nap in the reclining chair). Small town friendly people and resonable pricing for the Katy make this a great find! Good Luck on the new venture, and thanks!
