Ona recent ride from St Charles to Columbia my friend experienced a blowout leaving Portland about 8 am. We called Bill @ Hermann Ride Rest & Go for a new tire and tube which he rushed out ot us and then helped us get everything together and underway quickly. There was a charge for a service call but hey he was there and took care of us which we appreciate. So load his number in your phone so if you in the Hermann area on The Katy Trail and need help its just a phone call away.
