My friend and I rode the Katy from Pilot Grove to Defiance this past June. We arranged a shuttle with Katy Bike Rental and parked our car at their store. Every section of the trail was beautiful and we had a great ride. We stayed at the Dormitory Schoolhouse in Rocheport, the Katyrest Caboose in Hartsburg, and Joey's Birdhouse B&B in McKittrick. The trail is one of the best in the country. Everyone we met along the way was friendly and helpful.
