If you stay at the Baymont in Jeff City, there's a great restaurant 1/2 block away called Arri's, serving Italian and Greek and a variety of other stuff. We had some huge plates of pasta (carbo-loading for next day's ride!).

Arris's is the best! I love Fetta Pizza.

You can also easily get to the Jeff City Greenways Trail which parellels Missouri Blvd and has easy access to grocery stores, Target & WalMart.
