Point of Interest - Our Lady of Sorrows Shrine

We stopped in at Our Lady of Sorrows Shrine and the adjacent St. Martin's Church, two miles up on P from the KATY just west of Rhineland. It's worth the visit -- beautiful artisanship, gentle spirit and peaceful place.

The shrine at Starkenburg is definitely a gem of Missouri folk art and a beautiful place to visit any time of the year.
