Amtrak station to the N. Jefferson Trailhead

Can any one direct me from the Amtrak Station to get started on the trailhead? Are there any signs and is our only solution to go over on 54/63 on a 4 lane road or is there a bike bridge and if so, where is it from the amtrak station? Our trip is this Thursday, Sept. 27. Thanks for your help!

From the station go 1 block south to Capitol Avenue. Go right on Capitol Avenue around the north side of the Capitol Building. When you get to the other side of the Capitol continue west on West Main. When you get to Clay Street (about 3 blocks) you will see the dedicated bike/pedestrian path that takes you across the bridge.
