Any one know what the large cleared area east of the the 40/64 Bridge by the Missouri River in St. Charles? It is labeled WF (Which was my first thought) and say "Keep Out"

I believe there was some posting from this past spring-summer that the landowner, who evidentally owns property on both sides of the trail, was clearing this are for agri use.
