for years I have enjoyed biking through st Charles to creve couer park. the trails are now under construction and hazardous with loose chat and poorly placed fencing. the fencing sits at the bottom of a small drop off on the side of the trail. the fence would be better and safer if placed level with the path. along with the hazardous path and my first time using strapped pedals I now have a broken arm. I will be prepared next time.
