The Hart Creek Bistro and The Big Muddy are CLOSED for good.

We were just in Hartsburg and were told that the Bistro is not closed, but it is only open certain days/nights.

If you are looking for food and drink in Hartsburg, check out the new Hartsburg Grand (next to the former Old Muddy). Excellent menu and service; one block from the trail.

Hartsburg is still a great stop on the KT. The Grand is really good and don't forget Doty's. Both places have great food and great service and treat cyclists very well!

Any info about Doty's being open Sunday of Labor Day weekend? Or know of anywhere else to eat in Hartsburg that's open Sunday, Sept 1, for lunch?
