Rode the Highway 364 bridge to the Katy this am. At the center lookout of the Mo. River bridge, there are a number of padlocks attached to the fence. Is this the STL version of the "Love Locks Bridge" in Paris? If it is, the love of my life and I will be biking out there soon to attach our lock, and throw the key in the river. Does anyone know anything about this?
