I hiked the Katy Trail from West to East. This was the first bed n breakfast I had ever stayed at so I had no clue what to expect. I was not disappointed. I was greeted with a smile, a chair, a glass of water and a conversation which was exactly what I needed. The place was cozy, the food was great, but what made my stay was the owner. She is a lovely woman so kind, gracious and down to earth. We sat out and talked all evening and I enjoyed every minute of it. The room was great, the restaurant next door was wonderful -- you can get a professionally prepared healthy meal. The owner makes a some wonderful homemade muffins. This is by far one of my best memories on the trip thanks to that wonderful owner!!!!
