Can I get some opinions from riders of the Katy as to "can't miss" things along the Katy? I am planning my trip, but I would hate to miss something!

The MO champion Bur Oak tree between Mcbaine and Huntsdale. It's estimated to be 350+ years old. Amazing tree and to think it was already over 100 years old before we were even the USA. The things this tree must have been silent witness to!
