Joey's birdhouse was a cute , friendly and comfortable stay for us and our two cousins as a stopover on our four day ride on the Katy trail. Joey and Rich were great hosts and took us shopping to replenish our supplies and by request provided us with a very delicious dinner. Thanks , Joey!!
