I'm trying to take my dog on the trail. He runs next to the bike and we have a kid carrier for him. Does anyone know if the shuttle will allow dogs?

You will have to contact some of the shuttle providers directly and make arrangements. There is no full time shuttle like a bus or trolley.

Doggies riding along in carriers sure are cute, but technically you shouldn't allow him to run alongside your bike: MO state park rules include "Keep your pet on a leash ... at all times." (https://www.mostateparks.com/page/55057/pets). On the other hand, your dog might be allowed to stealth camp. (Just kidding! :-)

Oh he is leashed while running next to the bike. No worries there!

I wouldn't suggest letting a dog on a leash run along side of a bike IF there is very much use on that day. The trail is not that wide and I am always cautious whenever I am approaching a dog being walked. Could be an accident waiting to happen.

One squirrel away from a disaster. Enjoy the scenery and BIKE path..save pooch time for the DOG park.

Nothing like getting clotheslined because the dog owner doesn't know his left from his right. But it's such a cute lil puppy. If only everyone liked it as much as you did.
