Has anyone been on the RI Spur lately? My brother and I will be riding from Pleasant Hill to St. Charles next week. The MO State Parks web site advises about washouts and rough patches, which I can handle. But if there are significant sections of muck and mud, we may reroute and start from Clinton instead.

"Just rode the Rock island trail from Pleasent Hills to Windsor yesterday solo on a Surly LHT with 26x1.75&2 inch tires. Conditions were great , a few puddles here n there, some minor ruts, but overall the trail is 100 percent. Now on to Katy!"
