I have Kim's Cabins in Windsor and many folks cycling Pleasant Hill to Windsor right now. They are all giving great reports of trail conditions. We haven't been affected by the flooding.

I ride daily from either Sedalia to Windsor / or Sedalia to Pleasant Hill. The trail is in 95% great shape. Between Pleasant Hill and Sedalia, there are a couple of rocks that have fallen which partially block the trail (not a big deal), and one tree that has fallen across the path (you will have to get off and simply walk around it). Sedalia to Windsor is in really good shape.
