Is the Boonville Trail Head open to park and bike West to Clinton?

Absolutely! The bridge from Boonville across the Missouri is closed to vehicle traffic because the road on the other side is closed, but folks were walking across the bridge to check out the water coverage. Otherwise, Boonville itself is largely unharmed. The trail is in great shape west of Boonville!
