Try Maggie's down the street or Riverside Diner. Both excellent places to eat. The folks who owned Cafe Napoli now own Riverside Diner!

Try the Blind Ref Tavern that opened in the old Cafe Napoli building! Open on Sundays too! Great wings!

We wanted to avoid the national chains on our vacation and thought this restaurant looked interesting. We sat at a two-chair table in the window and enjoyed watching the people walking by. We split a pepperoni and Italian sausage stromboli and were glad to be sharing. It was HUGE. A pleasant dining experience.

If you ask me, the food is excellent, they're just never open. They close from 2:00 P.M - 5:00 P.M!

They've been open everytime we've eaten there.

GC from Columbia, Mo. on 01/22/2008 06:58 AM:
How handy! They were open every time you ate there? Probably a little harder to eat there when they are closed, huh?

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

;-)

Ahhhh.....my point exactly GC! The food is excellent, they're just never open....thats what someone says anyway.

I've been wanting to buy a restaurant that's never open but my bank won't give me a loan.

Resident Biker from Boonville on 05/20/2008 11:21 AM:
Cafe Napoli is open Monday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Tuesday - Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

OK, so they open for lunch and dinner. Why would that be a problem? I wouldn't sit around for three hours to serve MAYBE two people either.

Steve R. on 09/05/2008 09:25 AM:
WOW.... closed from 2-5 P.M. Just like all of Rome last time I visited. This is TRULY an Italian Resturant!!

FYI: The actual name is "Cafe Napoli", not "Napoli". If you were looking for the phone number, that could have been tricky. (It's 660-882-0250.) They have good salads here, and I am very picky about my salad! They're really big, too.

We were walking down Main Street and noticed the very attractive looking restaurant called Cafe Napoli. Went in for dinner and discovered great Italian food. Best pizza I ever had and my wife loved her pasta and all served up with Italian background music.

TK from Kansas City on 10/09/2005 04:36 PM:
I agree with the original post. We had a group of SEVENTEEN people in for dinner last night, 6 of them being children under 12 yrs old. The staff was courteous and professional, and the food was incredible. Plenty to eat, and reasonable prices. Great pizzas, fantastic lasagne, the the most tender meatballs with spaghetti my wife has ever had. We will definitely put it on our list for next time!!

WOW! What a dining experience. I've dined on the hill in SLM many times and this little treasure of a cafe rates with the best of them. My wife and I went to the festival of lights in Boonville and

heard Italian music coming from the distance and followed the sounds. They were coming from a Napoli's front enterence . We injoyed

decor of late 18th century tin ceiling and what a meal. Pizza was the best we've had and the Brusette was perfect. Glad to know that

other people have enjoyed this find in Bonnville.
